This notice explains how your information is handled when you use the contact form on moseslee-yyc.com. It applies to that form only. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the name, email address, and message you provide. When the form is sent, my hosting provider also processes standard technical information — such as your IP address — in server logs as part of operating and securing the site.

Why I collect it

Solely to read your message and reply to you. Your details are not used for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose.

How it's handled

Your submission is delivered to me by email. Resend (resend.com) processes the form submission and delivers it as an email on my behalf. The message arrives at moses@moseslee-yyc.com and is stored in my email account so I can respond and keep a record of our correspondence. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes the request to run the form. These providers act only as service providers to deliver and host your message. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for any other purpose.

How long it's kept

I keep your message for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our conversation. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent through the form — just email me at moses@moseslee-yyc.com and I'll take care of it. If you'd rather not use the form, you can email me directly at the same address or connect with me on LinkedIn.

Where I'm based

I'm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
